Invective

So I got Invective yesterday and i've recently realised that my bonus ammo capacity with my chest piece isn't affecting it's reserve ammo at all :s i've tested with multiple chest pieces and they all have the same max ammo count (which is 20) Is it just the fact it can regenerate reserve ammo or? Anyone else experiencing this problem? It's not really much of a bad problem just makes my chest piece less useful
