vault staying alive last boss

Xbox one gt is tearfulrelic86 , I brought last raid bosses health real low using exotic sniper and rocket launcher but team doesn't stay alive, I should be level 29 but I upgraded 2 exotic helmets,pls somebody help me finish the raid
