Dragons Breath and Sunsingers?

So im curious if you can buff Dragons Breath's solar flare using a sunsinger warlock, since this rockets ability drops Solar Flares on detonation. If so would using "Viking Funeral" increase the tick damage and would wearing "Sunbreakers" increase the flares duration for this launcher?
