VAULT OF GLASS being removed from the fire team when mission is nearly complete

Today i visited bungie website to search for people to help me complete vault of glass, i shared my psn and i received a few friend requests, i joined their fire team we played most of the raid then me and another person got removed and replaced from the fire team when the mission was nearly complete. This is really unfair because we spent nearly two hours trying to complete the mission i will report the user and i hope it helps anyone to avoid this situation. Destiny should have a setting to avoid people from being removed of the raids after playing a long period of time BEWARE User name : mansoorak82 and cobrazz105 avoid this scammers
