Some questions bout the raid

Just wanted to ask if, hopefully in a few days, i could find a few good players to run the raid with. I havent gotten into playing the raid yet (constantly busy with school xD)... soo ... yee ... just wanted to ask if i could asamble an experianced fireteam here in a relatively short time
