King Roanoke of the PSN

King Roanoke will be the sector head for the psn(3&4)! He is second in command, but he will be dealing more with the PlayStation aspects of destiny. I'll still be involved but he will take charge on almost all things that have to do with PlayStation squads, and the rest of the promoting and creating of new squads.
