Still don't have enough information. I don't understand why Bungie said he quit. Someone blatantly lied. Arbitration ruled for Marty on that, which makes me wonder.

I read it. Bungie had a meltdown before the game was released. If Activision hadn't insisted an earlier release date we would have been playing a game with more playable terrain and an actual story. Bungie deserved to lose this time. He was fired, the contract was he'd relinquish his shares if he quit.
