I'm primarily right handed. However, I find that certain things that don't feel right in my right hand are perfectly fine with my left. Sometimes I have to do things left handed. And, my left hand is more burn proof than my right. I've got sensitivity problems with heat. What's a hot shower to me is lukewarm at best for everybody else. There'll be hot pans that I can't pick up with my right hand because they're too hot for me, but I can do them fine with my left.
