Daleks are technologically superior, but I doubt they can survive against Weeping Angels. Weeping Angels can send them back in time, unless they have protection against temporal manipulation. The Angels can move very fast when not in quantum lock, and can possess any statue or transmit itself as an imagery, hence a Dalek's 'eye' won't provide any protection. Other than that, they absorb energy as food, not sure if a Dalek's weapon or shield can be any help.
