If we're using superman prime then let's use 100 years later Goku And he has none of those powers, especially all those Omnis. I believe he has Self-res but he doesn't have limitless strength/Speed Not to mention it's never said that he [i]created [/i] the universe, he could simply be its protector, but regardless that wouldn't help him much.
