Yeah, I'm not sure how I feel about the DLC.
It makes sense in a way: if we got all the content at once back in September, would people still be playing? Probably not, they'd be done with the game in a month, and have no real reason to keep playing. They would have done all the raids, played all the missions, gotten all the story. And there's no guarantee they'd come back for Plague of Darkness, or even a second or third game. So I think to keep the interest level up, they did the right thing. And it's worked. Destiny has stayed relevant for longer than most games do - I mean here we are 6 months in, and we're not even done yet.
That said, $20 bucks on paper seems to be a pretty steep price to pay every time, especially since we already paid $60 for the game. I know it doesn't seem like much, but I think $15 bucks per DLC would've been much easier to swallow, especially since we didn't get [i]too[/i] much more in terms of content.
Although honestly, they probably could've charged me double, and I still would've gotten my $'s worth based on how many hours I have into this game lol
