I train Parkour two/three times a week, which keeps me very fit. Furthermore I'm probably going to take up running as well.
Never set foot in a gym, while I'm more muscled than a lot of guys I know who hit the gym all the time.

Yeah not really familiar with the Parkour scene over there. I know Sweden has a pretty big community, but that's no Norway :p
