Or work out with low weight and high reps to tone muscle instead of building mass.

  • More reps more reps more reps. Weight or not, lifting your hand over head enough with. No weight tone it up. Weights not mandatory. Low weight or no weight

  • Well I'm used to a boxer workout. We didn't use traditional weights, but we did use heavy bags and weighted balls.

  • Of course. A lot of footwork and over/under rope drills too. Push-ups while balancing on medicine balls and really long runs. Sparring at the end of the day and had a partner beat the shit out of your abs for 60 seconds lol.
