Well I'm used to a boxer workout. We didn't use traditional weights, but we did use heavy bags and weighted balls.

Of course. A lot of footwork and over/under rope drills too. Push-ups while balancing on medicine balls and really long runs. Sparring at the end of the day and had a partner beat the shit out of your abs for 60 seconds lol.
