Yes, but probably not how I should. Since about Xmas time I've been doing bicep curls, sit-ups and press-ups pretty much every weekday. I'm more toned now, but I don't seem to be making much progress anymore.
So I looked up my body type, and I'm an ectomorph. Which means that daily exercise for mass won't work, I need to have at least one rest day in between each workout day, as well as doing an all-over 'compound' move instead of isolated bicep curls.
So now I'm gonna try 3 days a week of sit-ups, press-ups and lifts (weights on the floor, bicep curls all the way to holding the weights above my head), and see what that does for me after a month or two. Apparently diet is also key to gaining mass, but I'm not sure I can be bothered with all that. I certainly don't understand or have the time or patience or energy for a dedicated regime with like multiple sets and timing and stuff.
