An hour is 4% of the day lol, how does that qualify as 'all the time.' Go home you're drunk.

The fact that your opposed to working out and living a healthy lifestyle at all concerns me. Who cares why they go? Maybe they aspire to be Olympic athletes, maybe thru just want to impress women. Who cares? They're still getting in shape. Is this honestly an issue?

I'm not opposed to it just don't go overboard

The exercise/body image industry has quadrupled in about 10 years

And that absolutely can't have anything to do with increasingly terrible diets, studies in life longevity from healthy exercise, and the fact that the industry is almost entirely nutritional, which, while it goes hand in hand, has nothing to do with just working out?

Probably because people have recently figured out that they want to live longer and to do that you need to be healthier. There's nothing wrong with getting off your ass and shaking it every once in a while.
