The only logical answer to this is 100 Gorgons front the Vault. It would stare at a captain, and every enemy would stop existing. If I had to choose a vehicle it'd be the Helios Space Station cause -blam!- it (borderlands giant moon shot cannon)

You dont even need 100. More like 5 would do the trick

You'd only need one to kill everything, including you.

They'd probably destroy 1-2 of them so the other 2-3 can get stronger and kill the Fallen
