But do you speed?

Edited by aceebro: 4/17/2015 6:39:03 PMI don't drive. But I jaywalk. So I do break some laws, yes. The system of law is a highly complex set of social constructions and standards designed to keep the peace and order within whatever country you happen to reside. The fact of the matter is that most people cannot hope to abide by all of them, as the system is designed by people of all strides, and, as such, is highly restrictive. And so, sometimes, a law is broken for convenience or simple ignorance of the reason for the law. Or, at others, it is broken out of disdain for the system itself. When it comes to me, it is the former. I feel no guilt about it. I harm nobody else, and I don't break major laws. P.S:Don't compare a felony with serious penalties to a misdemeanor carrying a fine, though. That's just silly.

I harm nobody else, and I don't break major laws. You pose a larger threat by j walking, when I could be driving down the road. It takes 1 error and you, and possibly someone else, will be dead.

Edited by DrollLeprechaun: 4/18/2015 1:59:26 AMMarijuana is a misdemeanor carrying a fine...that is if it's enough for the cop to even bother writing the ticket. If you live in Washington dc or various other paves in this country though...it's completely legal

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Edited by FL NIGHTMARE: 4/17/2015 6:49:57 PMPot is a misdemeanor im my state it just carries a fine. Also the comparison is you pick and choose. Lastly using drugs of your own making in you're own residents wont effect others while you're j walking kills people every year So really your crime is much more severe
-
So really your crime is much more severe
First, it's not my crime. It's a crime that I've commited a few times in the past. I'm not a serial jaywalker, and I don't do it for fun. Second, if you honestly think that, then I won't even bother trying to defend my case.

Some people smoke weed because it's a better alternative than oxycodone for getting a good nights sleep and getting rid of pain. It works faster than any other pill for nausea, in 15 seconds compared to over 90 minutes.

Edited by FL NIGHTMARE: 4/17/2015 10:41:53 PMWell look up j walking deaths vs deaths by pot. Dont get offended think about which one actually is more dangerous Also im on a phone pointing out that it is my and not a dose nothing to advance your cause.
advance your cause
Lmao what

What if the laws are flawed
-
"What if" is irrelevant. If you'd like to make an assertion, please do.
-
Is wasn't really a hypothetical-ish. The laws assign weed as dangerous as heroine and just as addictive. That is just false.
-
You said "what if the laws are flawed". That is, by definition, a hypothetical.
