I assume MM equal Match Making? Absolutely. I love the challenge of soloing NF, I would never want to take that away. People who like LFG could continue with that, and those who don't care, could hit "Match Making". Like the movie 'Fiddler on the roof' coined, "Matchmaker, matchmaker, find me a match!"

What people don't understand is it's not so easy as flipping a switch. It doesn't matter if it's optional or not. That's wasted devs on a doomed pet project. I'd much rather those sane devs fixed white nail
-
They threw MM into Weekly Heroic, I'm sure they can do the same. And if they can't figure out or don't have time to code "optional" into it, then they should stop coding glowing balls into the Tower. I understand it's not easy, but the majority of people who play this game want it, even if they don't know it yet. It's not fair that a strong majority of people haven't tried VoG, simply because Bungie says you need to know your team. 99% of the time I run Raids, it's with ransoms I've found through LFG.

I wouldn't say a majority. The only reason weekly matchmaking works is because strikes are easy to do. To get a successful raid MM, it'd take months of coding
-
Bro, do you even code? What are you defining as successful? Months you say? They already have the code for matchmaking.
-
Basic matchmaking
-
Yeah... so what is a "successful matchmaking" that would require months of coding?
-
For MM to even stand a chance of working, they would need a new system to match players based on mics, class, level and experience. If you queded into a raid like crucible, your asking for trouble
-
So four different if statements?
-
And an Else statement mind you Plus then you need to build a kick system which is fair. That's weeks of work
