Actually... I've had both with Aggressive ballistics as the only unlocks, and while they are similar, felwinters is actually higher on impact. Aggressive ballistics, Rangefinder and final round is, arguably, better on m though. I guess if you want to get into killsprees and other MLG bullshit, it is better because of the added stats in other areas.

All three reach the range cap... matador has even more impact than party crasher...
