Could it be that you were spamming the same comment again and again or saying it rudely or just making it up all together. As for his comments post the link from his past broadcasts and time that shows that's what he said and he wasn't being sarcastic or joking about making all that "twitch money." I watch him all the time and the only time he bans people or is harsh to people is when they're obviously being dicks.
