Only procs once every ten seconds actually, or so the patch notes say. Which means if you toss your grenade into a group of ads, you're only getting bonus energy off of one of them.

Lol, you are not understanding the perk. Bonus energy when you kill someone with it. IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY PELLETS HIT THE TARGET. The pellet that makes the killing blow is what gains you bonus energy.

they shouldve fixed it to where its based solely on kills and not on the hit timer......... it makes the perk useless in PvE while using tripmines and whatnot

How is it useless? It's doing what it's suppose to be doing. You're not suppose to gain super energy for every hit the swarm grenades does. Cool down or no cool down, that isn't how the perk is suppose to work. The cool down timer is probably just a temp fix until they figure out how to fix it.

that correct, now did i -blam!-ing say SWARM at all? no i -blam!-ing didn't. I said they made it proc for one HIT not KILL, HIT. Thus making the perk useless in pve for TRIPMINE not -blam!-ing swarm, but tripmine, catch that? The perk is suppsoed to proc per kill with with grenades, now it procs for one hit with swarm, and -blam!-ed up the other two grenades in "fixing" the perk in that way. I know that shit was broken with swarm nades. guess what? they didnt "fix" it they made it to where one problem was solved but two new ones were made. i didnt say it was supposed to proc per hit. I said it is supposed to proc ON KILL, like the perk says.

I'm now confused by your ramblings. Please put effort in making coherent comments. I've tested the perk out and it does what it's suppose to do. I gain bonus energy from kills with a grenade (even tripmines). So what's the problem with the perk again?
