I'd never actually kill myself, I find it to be selfish, in my situation atleast. I'd be ripping out the hearts of my friends and family. I don't care what I go through, not ever putting my family and friends through that. Don't be sad btw. I only said that because my severe neck pain came back with a migraine, still have it 4 hours later too. Fffffun.
