Yeh I agree,but most people are happy to sit on the backseat in raids.I usually say that I can sword but offer it out to anyone else that wants a stab,usually no one takes me up on it though :/

Yeh I know that one. We started getting the new guy to give five tries with the sword, then one of us does it while still talking him through. Normally the next time they are on with us they want to do it instead of us having to ask.

Yeh,I can understand why people don't want to take it (don't want to be blamed,pressure etc),but it's all confidence.Sadly LFG doesn't really allow for people to 'learn' as 90% of people just want to get it done and move on :/

I have seen that from LFG. Before I found a regular group I tried one, more so to help out. After two tries three of the team left, we get three replacements and after another two wipes four of them leave. At this point it was just me and the lad that I had joined. Needless to say I spent four hours with this lad trying to help him out, until finally one of my friends comes online and drops in. At which point he says he has two friends that can jump in with us. First try with me, my friend, the random (group leader) and my mates friends and we complete it. What annoys me more is that I wish the crota raid was first because this above would not of happened, I could of done it for the random if it came to it. Instead I spent four hours trying to help him on Atheon because no one else was working together.
