-Area/fan based loyalty -something to unite/bond friends and family -emotional attachment to a team -excuse to drink/eat -just a enjoyment of sports Idk I just don't see why anyone would watch video games when they could [i]play[/i] video games. If I could put pads on and score touchdowns for the Buffalo Bills I'd be not watching them play, [i]but[/i] I can easily play video games instead of watch them.
