You are posting the exact same thread indiscriminately to everyone on the forums. We do not have the full information on which exotics are coming to year 2 and Bungie hasn't specified their plan for the other exotics. All of these threads are based on a teaser trailer and a Twitch reveal that spent a small amount of time talking about exotics, which makes the majority of your argument based on speculation.

Yet if this issue has been taken so seriously by the community why has Bungie not made an announcement on the issue immediately saying that they will address it at some point in time?

They know there are a large number of people upset based on assumptions and speculation, so there is little point in spamming the message boards. They will address this, one way or the other, and acting childish on the forums is not going to speed up that process. If anything it gives LESS credibility to the community in my opinion. They keep wiping these threads because they understand the issues and don't want people coming to the forums looking for help or answers to questions, only to have their threads disappear under the million #EXOTICLIVESMATTER posts.
