Yes it can change. Bungie is getting a boatload of negative press from this. They will change it, or loose massive amounts of current and potential players. They like money, so they'll change it. By the way, shut up Meg.

  • Please, they won't lose "massive amounts" of players. So you are staying you will stop playing once this goes ahead?

  • I'm staying for TTK because I foolishly pre-ordered it. I'm not pre-ordering anything from Bungie or Activision ever again, unless they regain my trust (not sure how they could do that, because what I'm asking for isn't enough. I shouldn't have had to fight for it.) They have already lost massive amounts of potential players because of their constant bad descision making, so I'm thinking that yeah, this will loose them even more. This game has a 10 year plan, but the amount of negative press they're getting from this incident will put a damper in that. So, I'm stuck here for TTK. If this doesn't get fixed for the next dlc (as in: every single exotic being upgradable to the new max) I will quit. Most people with my opinion are quiting now, without buying TTK. I would have been one of those.

  • Lol @ negative press. Half of the people that post stuff on these forums are nothing more than spoiled kids that cry all the time. By all means, even though you have paid for it, no one is holding a gun to your head to play the game. Have you ever played something like Call of Duty and think "These weapons are getting boring"? Then they bring out new weapons, people use them for a short time and go back to their favourite weapon and the game goes back to being boring. In CoD I use to make builds with the most random weapons to make the game interesting. That is what Bungie is trying to do, make the game fresh and interesting for everyone. If you are happy with your Gjallarhorn and want to play HoW/Crota/VoG over and over then be my guest. No one is stopping you from living in year 1.

  • WTH made you think I was saying that the negative press was the people on this board? I'm talking about news stories about this very issue. It isn't even the first time that a bad descision by a game developer made the news, remember Mass Effect 3? People like you told us that nothing would get better that time too. People like you told us to stop complaining. People like you told us to shut up. We ignored people like you, and BioWare fixed the ending. So, please, keep bumping this thread by arguing with us. We will get what we want, because we are right. Just like we did with ME3.

  • A game developer is never going to make everyone happy. The issue is that there is going to be 5 negative posts to 1 good post. If someone is happy they are usually going to not post. Were you one of the people that also was not happy when told that Legendarys wouldn't be going through?
