• True, people who are bothered by virtual gloating should grow some skin. In the same way, people who tbag just to illicit emotional responses need to grow up. And people who tbag out of habit need to start thinking through their actions. Using others' lack of toughness to justify one's own lack of sportsmanship is completely wrong. This is not a difficult concept.

I prefer a sytem of enthusiasm with checks and balances over a system of complete apathy. Do you believe all participants of a competition deserve a trophy? Of course teabagging can be misused, however the simple act of teabagging does not imply bad sportsmanship, it always depends on context.
I prefer a sytem of enthusiasm with checks and balances over a system of complete apathy.
...what? You're gonna have to clarify how this relates to tbagging. Trophies belong to the victors. Losers get nothing but experience. And tbagging in and of itself is a sign of gloating disrespect. Anytime one instigates the tbagging, it's being used the way it's designed to be used. People who lack character will always tbag. People with character sometimes respond in kind. Tbagging is always misused. The only time I think it's justified is "just bagging" but that, by definition, is preceded by someone bagging away.
