Golden gun: -ranged -mobile -no damage buff -no healing ability Blade dancer: -close ranged --mobile -damage buff -Healing ability Nova bomb -instant -ranged -decent damage buff FoH -instant -close range -huge damage buff As you can see with this trend, only mobile supers have potential to get a health regeneration perk. Meanwhile, the instant supers get the damage buffs. The justification that blade dancers get both is their need to close distance. Meanwhile, hammer of is essentially golden gun and blade dancer combined. The two classes you complained about being so powerful [i]combined[/i]. Gg has a max of 4 kills, possibly 5 if the enemies are grouped close enough, while hammer of sol can get 6 easily if they are all in the same area, not necessarily grouped up like the combustion perk from gg would need.
