What are you talking about? Not all sniper rifles have high target acquisition and stability and why the Felwinter's Lie shotgun is in your list, it's a joke or i just don't get it? P.S.: Semi high ROF snipers are shit in PvE and in PvP as you said thay can be used for body-shot action like Scout rifles, but it's pointless, because this action will leave you without ammo very quickly.
