That's an excellent point. I'm not sure why they chose to handle this how they did. Being in information technology (IRL) I can only think the data they analyzed supported their decision.

So basically in lamans terms, this company is ran by admins who clearly have no sense of their comnunity. Like every other admin in a workplace.

True. I just wish there were some middle ground. Hopefully, they are able to get minor reform to the rule. Id rather some quality members stay here, as it would also hold the community together.
