My bosses at high paying jobs smoked with me. I used to work at a 5 star restaraunt and I'd get stoned before damn near every shift with the owner (who's a millionaire by the way). If you aren't supposed to smoke at a job I have a really simple solution: don't smoke. Your friends got fired for being stupid.
