I can respect that. I would also suspect that many of those you've witnessed (knowingly) in that state weren't the best and brightest to start with. I would also wager that a VAST number of people you interact with daily are quite stoned, but perfectly functional, if not moreso than while sober. It's the only way some people can even leave the house. It's usually the few who are irresponsible with its use who give it a bad name. And believe me when I say they are not the majority.
