As soon as I read the patch notes I was like: Are you serious?? Increase legendary drop rate by 10% but remove any legendary drops from bosses? Increase attack/defense by 10? How's that going to be better? Increase amount of 3oC and SC? Srsly??? Add ghost shells and remove antiquated runes from loot tables? Hahaha, yeah that will solve all the problems!!
What should happen is, get one guaranteed exotic in one of 2 end-game reward slots and 3oC, SC, MoL in second slot.
This "reward increase" is a ridiculous joke...

Giving ridiculous rewards so they can SLIGHTLY improve it. Still doesn't reward you for the effort you put in but because they have increased something, people will be happy even if it's still not fair. That's how they operate and people like you fall for it. You should get guaranteed at least 300 item for Nightfall. Then it's also a perfect reward for people who don't raid.

First of all,you can stop with words like crying,entitled and handouts. You're completely twisting what I'm saying and even though I understand it makes you feel good and badass,it's simply ridiculous. You won't get 300 exotic instead of 290. You get either 290 or 310. Fair would be guaranteed 310 exotic for players with 300+ LL and guaranteed 290 for players below 300. It's once a week so not really handouts (I've used your favorite word). Infusion and three of coins ruined this. I'm not saying the idea is bad,just the system how it works. Everything is out of balance when it comes to rewards now.

I got a legendary drop when i did the nightfall last night "the cape" then got 10 strange coins as a reward so idk...

That is good.. if you're lucky and RNGesus smiles upon you. I did the nightfall last night, got strange coins. My friend got 290 exotic for different class and one strange coin. The third guy got 287 legendary. The RNG system is what's wrong with the rewards.

No, I don't expect the game just to give me free items. I expect fair rewards for the amount of time and effort you put in the activity. Obviously you do not understand what I'm saying and you are trying to look interesting by thinking that I'm assuming to get the rewards for nothing and telling me this game is not for me.

Lol been getting exotics from legendary engrams since vanilla. I got a heavy engram that turned into Gjallarhorn from a vandal in the cosmodrome.
