If you're being actively shot at (Which by the way, in your video, you weren't) the odds of you being able to land a headshot while flinching from the rounds hitting you is very low, and the high zoom of the scope makes sighting in your target difficult in close-ranges. As a part-time PvP player with a combined total of 2,808 Sniper Rifle kills, Sniper Rifles perform exactly as they were intended.
