Im guessing the distress signal sent from the Cabal ship in the dreadnaught goes to the Cabal emperor and he shows up with a bazillion shield dudes and the angry(berserk) modifier is always on.

Or we go to their home world. An emperor doesn't leave his palace to go fight on the front lines, come on think a little logically. The cabal are the only race that have a structured hardcore dedicated system of military and government, ( an Empire ). That's why they are the only race u can think logically about.
