Damn right! Treyarch would never straight out rip off ideas from another dev. I mean they definitely wouldn't still be working on a modified version of a game engine developed by someone else and stolen by activision. Who would come up with a hoard mode? Nobody Treyarch are the only true innovators in all of video games.
