If memory serves correctly, when something comes out after something else, and both said items are identical, the second one usually had to pay license terms to use the others' content, or, it is plagiarism. Last i checked, destiny was in work for 10ish years; cod has been a literal reskinning of games for about 10 years. Killing a zombie in an exo suit while using an m4 that has a different camo pattern and red dot symbol isnt any different from killing a zombie with a standard stock m4 with a stock red dot sight. But anyways, congrats on spending 80$ to play something you already owned but with different colour/camo palettes.
