Hate to be this guy but you didn't exactly "earn" it. You did get to 9-0 and get how many ever wins it took to drop but it's rng. I've carried cards past 9-0 and did not get it to drop, but in your definition, I earned it too. Except I don't have it. But good job. The community is harsh. There is always someone better.

Like to say I earned but my friend has a 2.0 and me and her have been farming it for months. I got it finally last week and she's still searching.

He earned the 9-0, the requirement for the damn thing to even [i]consider[/i] dropping. In that sense, yes... he earnes the ability to have it dropped. It was not guarenteed at all, but he earned it non the less.
