Sorry to say this, but for the hard mode raid light does say something. The day 1 raiders to call them that, are all high light now. Some will be 320, others will be atleast 318. Why? Challenge mode. They reward you with 320 gear. People that starting raiding later that has been lucky can also be around that light level now. It is even possible that they only completed oryx like a handfull of times, and not even the challenge. Because of that, you kinda can say that 318+ is skilled. They can handle themselfes in the raid. Does that mean that everyone below it are scrubs or noobs? No ofcourse not. You cant tell how skilled a player is by light alone. And "experienced" is a better word then skilled for this. I have seen alot of people who got carried through it all and still dont know what they are doing. But OP is being a elitist with providing proof that the 309 was a scrub. Because i dont think it even came up in this tiny mind to teach the 309 or find out why he kept dying.
