I would've left before the low level even joined. If someone even suggest it then they have no respect for anyone's time. We get 315+ because we don't want to wipe 6 fkn times on every checkpoint. If you want your little buddy to get some good gear then host a fkn lobby with all 308-310 players and quit wasting everyone's time
