Light level at the higher end of the scale 300+ shows experience... Not skill. Chances are if you're over 315, you've played quite a bit, and got experience in the hard mode raid, but there is absolutely no connection with being skillful, as there are plenty of scrubs at 319-320 who basically got lucky RNG and were carried everytime.
