If your fireteam can't pick up one person's slack, then you guys are the ones who suck. I'm not sure what you expected when you posted this bullshit, but if the responses below are any indication, you're an asshole, and you suck on top of it. My buddies and I ran the whole HM raid and did the Oryx challenge a couple weeks back with a 308 in the party. I've run multiple hard mode raids with players below 310. I once even had a 296 player, and we completed the whole raid. Only wiped a couple times on Oryx. Point being, if you can't make it through the raid without everyone in your fireteam being 315+ then you suck and everyone you play with sucks. Oh, and with that 143,000 medal score, you're not one to call anyone 'bad.' I'm not even a hardcore PvP player, and mine is way higher than that.
