That is elitism. 318+ for hard mode, you DON'T need that, that's why recommended lightt is 310

Every time you ask for 310 you get a 308 with 2 raids completed so ya asking for 318 at this point is just asking for someone who is confident in all the challenge modes. Elite is asking for 320
