I basically read as far as "[i]Myself and another teammate showed our displeasure in having a low light character join us as we know for a fact that people who are 318+ are skilled and people below 310 are not.[/i]".
I automatically labeled you an a.s.shole.
Show some love and help others out. Who gives a shit if they're lower light level.

You are right they do deserve the same experience I had with KingsFall. Grind your butt off until you are appropriate light level to finish the raid, watch YouTube videos on how to do it & don't expect to get carried work for your loot! I help people week after week & I love helping those that want to learn & actually do very well by helping their teammates & doing their part. But when you have that one guardian that contributes nothing to the team, dies constantly & when you try to help the Guardian so you explain it to him or ways that it will benefit him yet he doesn't listen to you & continues to die or does nothing just wants to get carried then yeah I would boot him. One thing is to help another is to carry.

Understood I myself have dealt with many that are as thick as cement. But i give everyone a chance despite level limitations. I wouldn't go with the statement as ridiculous as "anyone under 310 is garbage" though. That's what i got from this elitest asshole

You mean struggling to get a decent team while i was a low light level. You are right. They should make teams with light around theirs and see how it goes.
