1st off, latency issues have been there since the start
I rarely see lag compared to the HoW days. that was the wort lag ever

It depends where you live! It is much worse for many now!

I think that has more to do with the player pool which has shrunk considerably lots of people quit. there's like 500k people left that play a day, split that over 4 consoles, and there's not many players to choose from regardless of skill
