Exotic Perk: Soldier's Reprieve
When shields are broken, all weapons are instantly reloaded. All reload speeds are drastically reduced until shields begin to regenerate. Cooldown of 10 seconds.

Really unique idea, I like it. So what does it look like?

Yeah that's the one thing I have no idea about. Maybe take the base Armamentarium, remove the nades and ammo, scratch and dent it a whole lot, and dump a mag's worth of bullets from a Doctrine into it.
