Exotic fusion rifle
Exotic perks-
Star shooter: this weapon fires an expanding disk of plasma-tic energy which causes lingering damage.
supernova-the weapon will send out a secondary burst upon initial contact with an enemy.
Side note: the disk would slow down and fade when it is out of effective range.
