Three themed for the current sniper meta:
BACKLASH//VX#RAS
"High gain ontological circuitry never looked so good."
Warlock Helmet, clearly Rasputin themed.
Ability: Ontological Feedback
You appear super charged at all times.
On death may expend super to detonate the ammo of your attacker, dealing lethal damage and removing all carried ammo for whatever weapon they used to kill you.
Gridlink
"I know everything"
Hunter helmet, looks advanced/sleek
Ability: Sensor Array
When your super is charged you can see the line of sight of enemy snipers as a laser beam.
Geometer
"Disproving Carter one scar at a time"
Titan helmet, looks heavy/tough
Ability: Actually armoured correctly
When your super is charged, you do not count as having a crit location for the purpose of special weapon fire.

Backlash is just stupid, wiping out ammo makes no sense and would suck if every warlock used it. Gridlink has no pve use, unless it applies to vandals and hobgoblins, not that you need to see their sights. Geometer is over powered, not using your super the whole game is totally worth not taking precision damage.

They are indeed primarily PvP items, though they could all have some use in PvE that's not their primary intent Think of Backlash like an EMP that causes the ammot to cook off... It's a good effect but on the downside you basically lose your super for the entire match for the sake of getting 1-2 kills tops (Might not have been clear but your super is expended when you use it.) Gridlink would indeed apply to any sniper type weapon, including in PvE. Geometer might need tweaking, maybe just stop the first precision hit each life or something? The idea is to give people options against snipers, but these options require them to equip certain items. They can't use things like the Ram, or Twilight Garrison that might be useful more of the time.

Somebody really hates snipers

Lol, who doesn't :) It's more taking what's currently powerful and giving at least some options to counter it.
