Exotic perk name: Eternal Hunger
Exotic perk: Grants Bloodbound for free. (Bloodbound is the perk that shares damage to all enemies who are tethered, not the one that
increases tether range. The one that increase tether range and duration is Blackhole. It's a common mistake so I thought I'd let you know)
Secondary perks: Random
Appearance: A rib-cage chest piece a hole in the center that has void flames coming out of it (similar to Graviton Forfeit).

It's my dream exotic. It would be the perfect double dipping exotic for Hunters without being OP! My problem with Bloodbound is that no one ever gets close enough to actually get it to tether more than 2 people (and they tend to get out before I can land on the ground)

This would be really OP in crucible. Quiver and BloodBound. Oh god...

Bloodbound only works when mutliple people are tether and quiver has garbage tether range. I think you got Blood bound confused with Blackhole.

Oh yeah you're right. Bloodbound is when damage is shared to all tethered enemies and blackhole is extended range, longer, etc. My bad. Still would be fun to use in crucible and pve though
